10 MINUTES: #3 CORE VALUE - CONFIDENCE Set small goals you can achieve at first, practice the skills, and believe in your ability.
GOLF TERMS: #3 SLICE, FADE, HOOK, & DRAW Explain the pattern of the ball flight
RULES & ETIQUETTE: #3 FLAG HOLDING The person who hit their ball closest to the hole can hold the flag if asked. Watch so your shadow doesn't cover the hole. If your putting and hit the flag it is a penalty.
20 MINUTES: #3 FULL SWING - POSTURE Explain the proper way to bend over to the ball, knee flex, and spine angle.
15 MINUTES: #3 CHIPPING Check posture, feet closer, weight stays more on left side, spine angle, and knee flex.
15 MINUTES: #3 PUTTING Ladder drill 9 balls, count how many out of nine go in the hole; start at 2 feet and work out to 20 feet.
CLOSING: Confidence is believing you can do something. It is not necessary to achieve it. Only you can take your confidence away. So it's like a free gift to yourself, stay confident and keep working on your goals.
